Tetiana Nikolenko, Co-Founder and Deputy CEO of PayForce, has been named to the "Top 50 Most Influential Women in Fintech" ranking by the Ukrainian Association of FinTech and Innovation Companies (UAFIC) — for the third year in a row.
This recognition reflects not only Tetiana's professional expertise, but her daily contribution to building PayForce and Ukraine's digital financial infrastructure. In her work, strategic vision consistently goes hand in hand with attention to detail, a deep understanding of banks' needs, and the ability to align teams around complex, ambitious goals.
This very year, with Tetiana's direct involvement, PayForce was named to the Forbes Ukraine Next 250 ranking. Both milestones are the logical outcome of consistent work: developing technology solutions for banks, building long-term partnerships, and creating products used by millions of people every day.
PayForce CEO Dmytro Havrykov Named Among Top 30 Ukrainian Financial Sector Influencers by Banker.ua
This well-deserved recognition reflects years of deep banking expertise and a track record of engaging the market in a clear, focused, and pragmatic dialogue grounded in a real understanding of industry challenges.
This exact commitment—transparent communication and integrity in partnership—builds the trust that leads banks and financial institutions to consistently rely on PayForce solutions year after year. That trust delivers tangible results: today, PayForce solutions serve over 5 million users and are deployed across more than 10 banks. The iBank online banking platform covers all client segments with 20+ modules and a turnkey infrastructure for rapidly integrating financial services into any digital product—including Open Banking, P2P transfers, Click to Pay, Apple Pay/Google Pay, Instant Credit Transfers, digital onboarding via Diia, and white-label online banking with open APIs.
Ultimately, Dmytro's impact extends far beyond a single company—he is actively driving the pace of digital transformation across Ukraine's entire financial sector.
PayForce is in the Forbes Ukraine Next 250 list of the most promising companies shaping the country's future.
This year, Forbes Ukraine opened its list to IT product companies for the first time — and we were ready.
Being included in the Forbes Ukraine ranking is more than recognition. It's confirmation that the fintech infrastructure we build for banks and businesses matters — at scale, and for the long term. PayForce was represented on stage by Tetiana Nikolenko, Deputy CEO and Co-Founder.
Ukraine's Fintech Doesn't Stop. It Builds.
UNCHAIN Festival 2026 gave us exactly the kind of moment we value most — not just visibility, but a real conversation.
PayForce joined this year's festival as one of the Technology Partners, and our Deputy CEO Tetiana Nikolenko took the stage at the Ukraine Country Forum panel, moderated by Sean Murphy , alongside Alex Kshutashvili from Neofin Solutions.
This panel made one thing clear: there's no single playbook for Ukrainian fintech. Alex spoke about scaling outside Ukraine, helping businesses launch financial services. Tetiana brought a sharper focus: operating and growing insideUkraine, during the war — and building lasting partnerships with major banks based on one core principle: be a partner, not a vendor. A vendor ships a product. A partner co-creates, adapts, and grows alongside the client for years. That's exactly how we work — and why our clients stay with us for years, with some choosing us again and again for their next key projects.
And if one word sums up where Ukrainian fintech stands in 2026 — Tetiana's answer was "Open." Open Banking. Open collaboration. Open to the world. That's why PayForce's platform, already deployed across more than 10 banks, is ready to scale across any market — built on PSD2-compliant open API.
Thank you to the UNCHAIN team for creating a platform where these conversations happen naturally.
A special thank you to David Pollack — for his personal investment in making sure Ukrainian fintech has a strong, consistent voice in the CEE dialogue.
Great sessions. New connections. The kind of energy that stays with you after the festival ends.
🏆 Fintech Company of the Year — PayForce
During the Ukrainian Fintech Awards 2026 ceremony, PayForce received one of the industry’s key recognitions. For our team, this is a particularly meaningful achievement. Being named among the strongest fintech companies in the country confirms that we are moving in the right direction and building technologies that truly transform financial services.
In addition, we were honored with the Best Collaboration Fintech + Bank award — PayForce + KredoBank, recognizing more than seven years of successful partnership and joint innovation. 🤝
The ceremony took place as part of Ukraine Fintech Week 2026 — a major industry week organized by the Ukrainian Association of FinTech and Innovation Companies. Over several days, the fintech community came together to discuss key areas shaping the future of the market: payment infrastructure, open banking, digital lending, regulatory dialogue, technology, and talent development.
The program featured industry events including Pay.Forum and Digital Lending Conference, as well as roundtables with regulators and international experts and meetings of professional communities.
We also supported the Fintech Job Fair — an open platform for those exploring a career in fintech or seeking new opportunities in the industry. For PayForce, it is also an opportunity to connect with the next generation of specialists, and we are considering launching internship programs for students interested in starting their careers in fintech.
We sincerely thank our partners, clients, and the entire PayForce team — this recognition is the result of our joint work and shared belief in the development of Ukraine’s fintech ecosystem.
From Early NFC Payments to 5 Million Users: Tetiana Nikolenko on Transforming the Fintech Landscape.
Today, we are pleased to share an interview with Tetiana Nikolenko, Deputy CEO and Co-Founder of PayForce, featured in the special project "Women Leaders' Stories" by MC: Money & Career. Tetiana is among the pioneers who built the Ukrainian fintech ecosystem from the ground up—from testing the first contactless payments at supermarket checkouts at 5 AM to developing a platform that now serves over 5 million users.
UAFIN.TECH 2025 is the largest fintech conference in Eastern Europe, an event that, without exaggeration, sets the tone for the development of the fintech market in the region, where strategy meets practice, and discussions about digital transformation go beyond presentations and turn into substantive, sometimes tough, but honest discussion about the challenges, risks, and real drivers of growth in the financial sector. It is platforms like these that determine what fintech will look like tomorrow — locally and globally.
We were happy to join this large-scale event and participate in the panel discussion “Digital Transformation for Embedded Finance,” where Tetiana Nikolenko, Deputy CEO and co-founder of PayForce, together with her colleagues in the market, discussed practical approaches to the implementation of embedded finance, the balance between personalization and security, as well as the technological solutions that are already setting new standards for banks and fintech companies.
On November 27, PayForce was invited to Vienna for an expert meeting entitled “Business Financing: Eastern Europe and Central Asia,” organized by the SME Banking Agency - Insights. The event brought together leading banks in the region and presented the results of the Business Financing 2025 study, outlining key trends in SME development and modern approaches to business financing.
Leading financial institutions from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine participated in the discussion. The winners of the Business Financing rating in six countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia were announced separately as a benchmark of quality and efficiency for the entire market.
PayForce is honored to be part of the dialogue that shapes the future of SMEs in the region. We would like to thank the SME Banking Agency for the invitation and the high level of organization of the event.
The future of fintech is about the speed of decisions and the flexibility of teams. At Digital Banking 2025 in Kyiv, we saw how fast this transformation is accelerating.
PayForce was a strategic partner of the conference, and co-founder and Deputy CEO Tetiana Nikolenko shared her vision of the transformation of mobile banking and participated in a panel discussion about mobile banking's future.
We were not talking about "trends from presentations," but about real technological advances that are already changing customer behavior and banking models.
Key directions shaping the new ecosystem:
• Open Banking → Embedded Finance. Banking is moving from separate applications to everyday digital services — wherever it is convenient for the customer here and now.
• AI-based personalization. Products adapt to user behavior, predict needs, and offer solutions before the customer even thinks about them.
• Gamification of finance. Game mechanics increase engagement and make financial actions easier and more understandable.
• A new level of security. Multimodal biometrics, behavioral models, contextual authentication — security becomes hidden but continuous, without the need to constantly enter passwords and PIN codes.
This is where PayForce supports banks in moving faster: from implementing open APIs to creating comprehensive digital platforms that enable mobile banking to scale and become more customer-oriented.
Fintech is shifting from a vendor model to a partnership model, as CEO and owner of PayForce Dmytro Gavrykov reveals in a recent interview with Forbes. "It's no longer about technology, but about a new business philosophy — trust, joint innovation, and shared responsibility," he underlines. PayForce, whose solutions are used by over 5 million people and more than 10 banks, builds relationships with customers based on long-term development rather than short-term contracts.
Why is this important? Because a partner doesn't just perform tasks, they share risks, think strategically, and help banks not "catch up" with the market, but instead set its tempo. It is specifically these ecosystems — "bank + technology partner" — that are shaping the future of fintech. And here we would like to ask one question to all businesses: are you looking for a vendor or a partner?
On Friday, October 31, the first Forbes Banker conference took place, bringing together leaders of the financial industry — bankers, financiers, regulators, and innovators.
PayForce was the official partner of the event.
Tetiana Nikolenko, co-founder and Deputy CEO of PayForce, conducted a public interview with Volodymyr Fedorin, founding editor of Forbes Ukraine, where they discussed key trends—Open Banking, instant money transfers, Click to Pay, and the challenges of deep transformation in the banking sector.
Among the important news was the NBU initiative. As Andrii Pyshnyi announced, an innovative hub for the financial sector will be launched in 2026 — a new format for interaction between the market and the regulator.
We would like to thank Forbes Ukraine for the event, which became a concentration point for ideas, experience, and strategic vision for the industry.
PayForce was awarded “Vendor of the Year for Digital Financial Solutions” at the Banker Awards 2025.
In an extensive interview for a special release of Banker magazine, the company's CEO, Dmytro Gavrykov, shared his vision for the development of fintech, the role of artificial intelligence, and PayForce's mission to be more than just a vendor.

PayForum 2025: the future of digital finance is here!
20 march, at PayForum 2025, Tetiana Nikolenko, Deputy CEO of PayForce, shared insights on the future of digital wallets, market analytics, and new 2025 standards that PayForce is already implementing for its customers.
It is symbolic that 9 years ago today we remember how in 2016 PayForce together with Visa were the first in Ukraine to launch a prepaid digital card. Back then, it was an innovative solution that allowed making contactless payments directly from a smartphone.
Digital payments today require maximum comfort and security. VISA's Tap to Add Card technology allows you to add bank cards to digital wallets with one touch, avoiding the need for manual data entry. This solution improves security and minimises the risk of fraud, making it one of the key innovations in financial solutions. The technology is supported by digital wallets around the world, providing full integration with existing digital wallet services.
As a mobile banking development vendor for the International Investment Bank (IIB), PayForce was one of the first to configure and implement Visa's Tap to Add Card technology. This allowed the bank's customers to quickly and securely add their cards to digital wallets without any extra steps. Today, IIB customers can already use the new technology and appreciate its benefits.
PayForce continues to follow the trends in the fintech industry, implementing the most advanced technologies that improve the convenience and security of payment services for users.

PayForce is a strong example of female leadership in action. This is confirmed by the recognition of the company's co-founder Tetiana Nikolenko as one of the TOP 50 most influential women in the fintech industry. Yesterday, the annual presentation of the Ukrainian Association of FinTech and Innovation Companies catalogue, which recognises the achievements and influence of women in the industry, was held. The organisation received 323 applications, of which 99 were shortlisted for the final jury voting.
The role of women executives in the fintech industry and business in general is essential to support the sustainable development and recovery of Ukraine's economy in times of challenge and uncertainty. PayForce consistently supports the initiative and efforts of women leaders, creating conditions for them to realise their potential and achieve new heights in their professional activities.
Remote Identification of Legal Entities is an urgent market demand in the need to rapidly expand the customer base. This is the latest technological solution presented by PayForce at the International Forum: "Tech & Intelligence in BANKING: CUSTOMER-FIRST" from the International Financial Club "BANKIR", where Tetiana Nikolenko attracted the attention of not only banks but also financial companies with her report. This is not surprising, as our product offers a unique approach to the registration and verification of legal entities. Now they can become bank customers and open accounts online without having to visit a branch. This full digital cycle provides maximum convenience and security, making the onboarding process fast and efficient.
It was also interesting to listen to the speeches of other speakers, exchange and get inspired by new ideas. Special thanks to the organisers for their help and attention at the conference
